1. Product Description

YTdo Official provides the "YTdo Premium Template," a digital source code package designed for developers and entrepreneurs to launch video downloader tools. By purchasing this product, you receive access to the full source code and documentation.

2. Refund Policy (Strictly No Refunds)

IMPORTANT: The YTdo Premium Template is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods (source code, assets, and documentation), which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Once you have gained access to the files or received a download link, the transaction is considered final. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent attempts to gain access to proprietary code without payment. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to these non-refundable terms.

3. Purchase and Delivery

Access to the product is granted immediately after successful payment verification. For QR payments, access will be granted once our team confirms the transaction. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for delivery.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the template, its price, or these terms at any time. Any updates to the template after your purchase may be provided as a courtesy but are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise in your specific plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

YTdo Official shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the template, including but not limited to server issues, API changes by third parties (like YouTube), or coding errors after modification by the user.
